The LORD. Hebrew. Jehovah. App-4.

The LORD reigneth. Three Psalms commence thus (93, 97, 99); they each end with the thought of "holiness" (the last has the word "holy" three times), indicating that, when He reigns, "all will be holy" (Isaiah 23:18. Zechariah 14:20, Zechariah 14:21). This explains the cry of the Zoa (Revelation 4:8), because His judgments will prepare the way for His reign.
